We Cut Your Material
Precision laser cutting and engraving — including your own material.
Acrylic, MDF and other laser-safe materials, cut and engraved in-house to your drawing.
You supply the material
Bring or courier your own sheet material to our Mamelodi East workshop. We'll cut it to your drawing on our CO₂ laser.
It must be laser-safe
Material must be suitable for CO₂ laser cutting. We do not cut PVC, vinyl-faced board, polycarbonate, fibreglass, ABS or any material that releases harmful gases.
Approval before production
Every customer-supplied material is inspected and approved before we cut. If we can't safely cut it, we'll tell you before you pay.
Quoted on the work involved
Custom cutting is quoted on material, cutting time and complexity — not on a fixed rate. Minimum and maximum sheet dimensions can be confirmed for your job.
